Dr. med. Tobias Gloeck

Specialist in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, additionally qualifed in Emergency Medicine; fire service medical officer

Having completed a primary degree in medicine at the TU München (Munich technical university), and after a 4-month stay at Weill Medical College, Cornell University, New York City, I began my specialist training in internal medicine and cardiology at the Deutsches Herzzentrum in Munich and the 1. Medizinische Klinik of the Klinikum rechts der Isar, under the direction of Professor Dr. med. A- Schömig.

I subsequently completed my broad-based training in internal medicine and cardiology at the Klinikum Garmisch-Partenkirchen, under Dr. med. F. Dotzer.

On passing the required examination and qualifying as a Specialist in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, I remained there as a consultant in the specialism of cardiology. One of the main focuses of my work involved carrying out cardiac catheterization examinations for both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.

I also spent many years working for the emergency medical service of the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and I am at present an unsalaried medical officer with the voluntary fire service in Seehausen am Staffelsee.

In January 2016, I took over from Dr. Feder and I now work alongside Dr. Rosenberger in taking very good care of our patients.

I am married, with a daughter and a son.
